Staff were very helpful, breakfast was outstanding, room service (dinner) was excellent, the bar was casual and fun, and laundry service was also excellent. The room was huge and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, but note it is on the other side of the Old Town to the railway station.

I only stayed here one night, I had to leave v early due to an early flight. I found everyone I dealt with was v friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, I was at the back which was quiet. Breakfast was a good selection The hotel is well located with plenty of nearby eating and drinking options, the old town is maybe a 15 -20 min walk away The previous time I stayed in Munich I stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn, personally I preferred the Novotel.

I am going to cut to the chase with positives and negatives of this hotel, it’s mostly positives. Positives: Friendly, helpful staff It seemed to be newly renovated so the bar/restaurant area is very nice, clean and modern. The food we had in the bar area was excellent and surprisingly good value for money considering it was a hotel. Breakfast was very good, although as is the case with most hotels - pricey. Good location - 10 mins walk to the S Bahn station and only a 25-30 min walk to the centre of Munich. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and a shopping centre close-by. Room was nice and quiet. Negatives: The bed was not very comfortable, didn’t like the memory foam mattress although some might like it. Air con did not seem to work (and we were in the newer, recently renovated part of the hotel) and even trying to alter the temperature to its lowest level it was far too warm. The air con system was quite noisy too, which did not bother us too much but it might put some off. Overall a decent stay but the issues with the rooms let it down slightly.

Great hotel location on edge of city centre so walking was the first choice to get to any of the main attractions and the shopping and cafes/bars etc. Great rooms, lovely charming staff, lovely sunny patio to relax and enjoy a beer or something to eat. Good air con and sound proofing in rooms. Excellent value for Money

كانت إقامة جيدة و الفندق قريب من مركز المدينة . بجانب الفندق يوجد كازية و سوبر ماركت . الفندق نظيف و هادئ . موظف الاستقبال المصري ودود جدا و محترم .
